YOUR FUTURE TASKS

  • Design, planning and implementation of trade fair appearances, conference participations and other event formats, as well as cost monitoring
  • Identifying potential improvements to existing events, as well as researching and defining new, suitable formats and events
  • Designing new marketing exhibits and providing project support for exhibit setups
  • Measuring the success of trade fair appearances and conference participation, as well as managing and expanding existing marketing materials
  • Providing support in creating company presentations and lectures in accordance with the KREISEL CI and communication guidelines

WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT

  • Completed training with a focus on event management, marketing, project management or similar
  • Relevant professional experience in event organization or project management, ideally in an industrial environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage
  • Very good German and English skills
  • You enjoy coordinating, working independently and enjoy business trips (20%)
  • Your technical interest, hands-on-mentality and team spirit are what make you stand out from the crowd
