YOUR FUTURE TASKS

  • Taking responsibility for sourcing mechanical and electrical components that meaningfully drive our projects forward in a sustainable way.
  • Thoughtful selection, supportive collaboration, and purposeful development of suppliers – including respectful negotiation and clear, fair contract arrangements.
  • Actively contributing to and shaping effective procurement strategies that ensure long‑term stability and quality.
  • Conducting thorough supplier evaluations and nurturing long‑lasting, trust‑based partnerships.
  • Continuously monitoring international procurement markets and analyzing global supplier structures to identify opportunities early on.
  • Working closely and collaboratively with Engineering, Production, Quality Management, and other key departments – as part of a team that values inclusion, shared success, and genuine partnership.

WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT

  • A completed higher technical or commercial education (HTL/HAK/FH/University), providing you with a strong foundation to confidently shape your next career step.
  • Several years of experience in strategic procurement within an industrial environment – ideally paired with the motivation to take responsibility and actively help shape key topics.
  • Excellent English skills and solid German skills that enable clear, empathetic, and trust‑building communication.
  • A strong sense of responsibility and quality, reflected in your structured, reliable, and thoughtful way of working.
  • You bring excellent communication skills and a genuine team spirit – you value collaboration, open exchange, and working together at eye level.
  • With your confident, open, and authentically competent presence, you easily connect with people and contribute to a respectful, inspiring, and professional work atmosphere.
