Fixed-Term Full-Time Position (2,5-Year Parental Leave Cover)

As part of a 2.5 year full-time parental leave replacement, you will support our team in a diverse and dynamic Front Office role.
In this position, you are much more than the first point of contact at reception. You represent KREISEL Electric both internally and externally, ensure a warm and professional welcome for guests, customers, and business partners, and help keep a wide range of administrative and organizational processes running smoothly behind the scenes.
YOUR FUTURE TASKS
- You are the first point of contact for our guests, customers, and business partners, both over the phone and in person.
- You support internal events and company activities, helping to create a positive experience for employees and visitors alike.
- You take care of a variety of administrative tasks, including meeting room coordination, travel support, mail handling, and general office organization.
- You contribute to the creation of newsletter and intranet content, supporting our internal communication activities.You assist our Sales team with quotation preparation, order processing, and invoicing, ensuring smooth and timely execution of administrative sales processes.
- You coordinate and manage the ordering of business cards, office supplies, and workwear, helping to ensure that our employees are well equipped for their daily work.
WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT
- You have completed a commercial/business education and impress with your open, service-oriented attitude and strong communication skills.
- With your structured, independent, and reliable way of working, you stay organized even in challenging situations and find practical solutions.
- You enjoy working with people and stand out through your professional, friendly manner and strong customer-service mindset.
- Very good MS Office skills, particularly in Excel, Outlook, and Word, are part of your toolkit.
- You communicate confidently in both German and English and feel comfortable working in an international environment.
