YOUR FUTURE TASKS
- Take ownership of handling complaints – from initial receipt to successful resolution
- Act as the main point of contact for our customers and provide technical advice
- Perform initial analyses of errors and issues in HV systems
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to resolve complex software problems
- Create, maintain, and continuously improve reports, protocols, and documentation
- Support your technical colleagues with organizational tasks
WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT
- A completed technical education (apprenticeship, technical school, or HTL) in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a similar field
- First work experience? Great – but not a must
- Confident use of MS Office and willingness for occasional travel
- Excellent German and English skills
- You enjoy interacting with customers and have strong organizational skills
- A true team player with great communication skills, a hands-on mentality, and a confident presence
